Return & Refund Policy
In the event of cancellation refund of the customer’s deposit payment is at the discretion of the company and subject to administration charges. Our items are directly from the manufacturer, distributor direct; returns are not acceptable.
If the goods/products delivered to the customer are defected, we will first check with the logistic provider to see if the defects are caused by us and refund accordingly. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund within 14 Days after the confirmation.
