Return & Refund Policy
1. Deposit Payment
- In the event of cancellation, any refund of the customer’s deposit will be at the discretion of the company and may be subject to administration charges.
2. Returns
- As our items are supplied directly from the manufacturer or distributor, returns are generally not acceptable.
3. Defective Goods
- If goods/products delivered are found to be defective, we will first verify with our logistics provider to determine the cause of the defect.
- If the defect is confirmed to be our responsibility, a refund will be issued.
4. Non-Refundable Conditions
- No refund will be provided if the goods/products have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
5. Refund Timeline
- Once the goods/products have been inspected and confirmed as eligible for refund, the customer will receive the refund within 14 working days of confirmation.
