The origins of this learning group, which began during the MCO period. We are forced to lockdown due to the C19 pandemic, and businesses are unable to operate. DELUX, on the other hand, quickly adapts to the situation and hopes that the team can learn something and improve themselves during the pandemic. Those actions inspired the team to maintain a positive attitude and never give up. As a result, DELUX was able to overcome the pandemic period and is still doing well today.
We’ve been running our own DELUX Learning Group for a year now. During this learning curve, we not only learn how to develop ourselves, but we also get to grow together in order to enhance work management. Furthermore, it is a way to bring together the team from various departments in order to foster team bonding, improve relationships among employees, and improve communication.
During the learning group, each department will take turns coming up with a monthly topic for sharing. Sales techniques, communication skills, self-motivated learning, team building activities, responsibility courses, and other topics are likely to have a positive impact on the team and company. Hence, company culture really plays an important role as it will not only affect how well is the company performing, but it also directly impacts one’s willingness to learn and fight for the company.
In order to reward the employees, DELUX has prepared such a fun event along with performances and dinner sessions with the team. Moreover, as part of this anniversary celebration, we recognized the talents of DELUX. As DELUX is a fast-paced company, its employees are at most talented and well-performed.
