Job description

  • Manage daily accounting functions for companies.
  • Manage financial planning, budgetary planning, cash flow planning, treasury and control functions, SST reporting.
  • Responsible for proper treatment and compliance of all accounting transactions and policies.
  • Perform month-end financial reporting process to ensure accurate reporting to management.
  • Dealing with internal and external parties on operational matters, financial requirements, statutory reporting needs, taxation, and audit.
  • Able to handle full set of accounts including account payable and account receivable in order to ensure complete.
  • Review creditor aging & closely follow up on overdue payment.
  • Plan and organize day to day accounting operation
    Monitor the company fund and ensure sufficient funds available to meet the payment obligations.
  • Review SST, and corporate taxation.
    Liaise with the operation, support personnel, and external parties (eg. Auditor, LHDN, Agent, lawyer and etc.) to resolve problems/queries which arise.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting or related field.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with accounting software such as SQL Accounting software preferred.
  • Able to possess own transport.

  • Manages & maintains the purchasing of all software, hardware, network and other IT Supplies.
  • Maintains data storage, availability and backup daily.
  • Daily control and monitor all the security access and health of all servers and networking devices.
  • Coordinates the installation of new computer equipment, storage systems, and other computer hardware including printers.
  • Credentials creation for user’s email and access control.
